Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes:

  • 2–4 working days for major cities in Pakistan

  • 3–7 working days for other areas in Pakistan

Delivery times may vary due to weekends, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary based on location and total order weight.

  • Free Delivery on orders above Rs. 7,000

  • Delivery Charges: Rs. 199 for orders below Rs. 7,000

Shipping fee (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we may share tracking details through SMS/email if provided by our courier partner.

Incorrect Address

Please enter the correct shipping address while placing your order. Kawishh is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged / Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, and we will assist you.
